Site teams can include specialists in Electrical, Fire Systems, IT cabling Security and CCTV to carry out the installation work designed by their respective design engineers.

All works are certified under NICEIC regulations.  Full Operation and Maintenance Manuals (as built) are provided by our dedicated CAD and Documentation department.

By managing all the work in-house we are able to avoid the co-ordination problems and claims for delays that can occur when separate contractors are appointed.

Overall project management costs are reduced and reduction in the number of elements of subcontracting helps to drive down cost and add to quality.
